PAWA is a business-to-business payment and settlement service operated by Get Digital (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa ("PAWA", "we", "us"). By using PAWA you agree to these terms.
PAWA is available only to registered businesses that complete our business (KYB) verification. PAWA is not offered to retail consumers or individual investors. You may not use PAWA for personal investment, speculation, or to solicit funds from third parties as an unregistered scheme.
PAWA is payment-orchestration and settlement technology. We do not offer investment products, promise or pay returns, provide financial or trading advice, or custody client investment funds. Conversions execute through licensed liquidity partners at prevailing rates plus a disclosed spread.
You must provide accurate company, ownership, and identity information, and keep it current. We screen clients and transactions against sanctions and AML requirements and may decline, suspend, or report activity where required by law or by our partners.
Fees and the applicable spread are shown before you transact. Rates for over-the-counter corridors may be set on a daily basis and finalised at the time your funds are received.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAWA is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect details you provide, third-party rail delays, or market movements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
